#1 Reason Why I Hate Film School...Too expensive!

The number one reason why I hate Film School is that it is ridiculously expensive! I attended a Film School in Los Angeles for the length of one year which was how long the course was. It cost me $35,000 for the course at the time, plus $30,000 in living expenses and add on the interest I am in debt for $100,000. One year it took me to be over 100k in debt and now with the economy the way it is I have trouble finding a Production Assistant job which as most of you know, pays barely anything. I am struggling to pay my bills and now with this student loan I have to start paying off it has been extremely difficult to keep up. Don't get me wrong, film is my passion and I would no be happy in any other field, but now that I am living in the real world I realize that Film School did not prepare me in the slightest. So again the number 1 reason why I hate Film School is that it way too expensive!!!
